Customer Reviews
Got what I needed
Just got a Girl Scout Elf with brown eyes and the 'Jolly Gingerbread set' for the little one. It all came in a box, no fuss. The elf is cute and the gingerbread outfit is pretty funny. Delivery took a few days, nothing crazy. Easy enough to order, no problems. Happy with it.
Quick delivery, good product
Ordered the Elf Pets Arctic Fox. Arrived in 4 days. Fox was soft and well-made. No issues. Happy with purchase.
Good products, delivery could improve
I bought the Boy Scout Elf with blue eyes and a couple of Claus Couture outfits. The elf itself is well-made, and the outfits were cute, though the 'Pastel Polar Princess gown' was a bit flimsier than I expected for the price. Ordering was easy enough on the website. Delivery took about 5 days to reach me in Manchester, which felt a little slow considering it's a UK store. Everything arrived safely packed, so no complaints there. Overall, a solid experience, but faster shipping would make it even better.
Detailed feedback on recent purchase
I recently purchased the 'Scout Elf Training Team set' and a 'Letters to Santa kit' from the official Elf on the Shelf UK store. The ordering process was straightforward; the website is easy to navigate and adding items to the cart was simple. I had a small question about delivery times before ordering, so I used their contact form, and customer service responded within 24 hours with a helpful answer. The package arrived in 6 days, well-protected with adequate packaging. The 'Scout Elf Training Team set' included all the pieces listed, and the quality of the accessories was good – sturdy plastic and fabric. The 'Letters to Santa kit' was also complete and looked just like the pictures online. No issues with product quality or the overall transaction. It's a reliable place to get official items.
Reliable as always
I've ordered from here several times over the years, mostly for new outfits or Elf Pets. This time I got the 'Elf Mates Toy Maker' and the 'North Pole Advent Train'. As usual, everything was exactly as described and arrived in good condition. The advent train is actually quite sturdy, more so than I thought it would be. They are consistently reliable with their delivery times, usually within a week. That consistency is why I keep coming back instead of trying other retailers.
Decent value on first order
This was my first time ordering from the official site. I picked up the Elf Pets Reindeer and a 'Scout Elf Superhero Girl outfit'. I signed up for the newsletter and got a small discount, which was nice. Shipping was free because my order was over 20 pounds, which definitely helped with the overall cost. The reindeer is really soft, and my daughter loved it. Felt like I got a good deal for what I paid.

Is the free shipping thing still going on? What's the minimum spend for that?
Anyone know how long shipping takes? Trying to figure out if it'll get here in time for early December activities.
Do they have any Black Friday sales usually? Or should I just buy now if I see something I like?
Does anyone know if the newsletter sign up discount still works? And what's the typical percentage?
Hey guys, thinking of getting one for the first time. Are the books usually included with the elf dolls or do you buy them separately?
